LPS is highly immunogenic and strongly activates immune cells bearing the CD14/TLR4/MD2 receptor complex. This reagent is intended for use in in vitro culture of B cells, monocytes, macrophages and other cells that are responsive to LPS.
The Phytohemagglutinin-L (PHA-L) Solution (500X) is a ready-to-use solution of PHA-L in aqueous buffer. PHA is a mixture of lectins isolated from the red kidney bean, Phaseolus vulgaris. PHA-L is the fraction of PHA that exhibits strong leukoagglutinating and mitogenic activity, but very little erythroagglutinating activity.
