Odyssey One-Color Protein Molecular Weight Markers fluoresce in the 700nm channel of any of the Odyssey Imaging Systems and contain ten protein bands of 10, 15, 20, 25, 37, 50, 75, 100, 150, and 250 kDa, with molecular weight shifts of 5% and minimal band broadening.

The Odyssey® Infrared EMSA Kit coupled with IRDye® 700 EMSA oligonucleotides is an excellent alternative method to radioisotopic and chemiluminescent detection methods for EMSA analysis and visualization. Using IRDye EMSA reagents, assays can be completed in less than two hours with no gel transfer or film exposure.
