Human Genome CGH Microarray 105A is a dual-color HD array containing 60-mer high quality probes. The microarray is a non-targeted assay for genome-wide DNA copy number variation profiling without amplification or complexity reduction. It is designed with 22 Kb genome-wide median probe spacing and enhanced coverage on known genes (19Kb), promoters, miRNAs, PAR and telomeric regions.

Human Genome CGH Microarray 244K is a dual-color non targeted HD array containing 60-mer high quality probes. The microarray is a high-resolution tool for genome-wide DNA copy number variation profiling without amplification or complexity reduction. It is designed with 8.9 kb genome-wide median probe spacing and enhanced coverage on known genes, promoters, miRNAs, PAR and telomeric regions.
