Agilent J&W DB-ProSteel metal columns are deactivated with a special process treatment formula to provide good inertness. The columns can be custom-wound on request for small GC ovens. DB-ProSteel has the same outer diameter as standard megabore columns of 0.53 mm id so no special ferrules are required for proper installation.
Agilent J&W HP-101 is a 100% dimethylpolysiloxane phase. It is not bonded or cross-linked, and is therefore useful for established methods that do not require the column to have cross-linked or bonded polymer phases.
