Antibody Purification
Agilent Bio-Monolith HPLC columns provide high resolution and rapid separations of antibodies (IgG, IgM), plasmid DNA, viruses, phages and other macro biomolecules. The product family offers strong cation exchange, strong and weak anion exchange, and Protein A phases.
Commercially available antibodies often contain substances (e.g. BSA, glycine, tris, azide) that interfere in labeling reactions with enzymes or fluorophores. The AbSelect™ Purification Kit quickly removes these contaminants of antibody labelling. It can also be used to purify antibodies from crude samples such as ascites fluid or immune serum.
