3D MALDI Imaging of Mouse Heart after Myocardial Infarction

Bruker presents a straightforward and easy to use software tool that can handle, register and visualize data from 3D MALDI imaging experiments. Also presented are several tools for data analysis and evaluation (segmentation, co-localization and Measure of Spatial Chaos) and test their applicability to 3D- and combined 2D/3D-data analysis.
