3D Tumorsphere Model With Cancer Cell Lines and Human Primary Tumor Cells

Cancer stem cells permit the culturing of more physiologically relevant 3D tumor microenvironments, and demonstrate the key features of tumors in vivo. This scientific poster illustrates the use of the PromoCell 3D Tumorsphere Medium XF in the successful establishment of extended mammosphere/neurosphere culture of human breast and neural cancer cells.
