A 43-color human immunophenotyping panel incorporating StarBright Dye-conjugated antibodies acquired on a spectral cytometer

Achieving high-quality data with highly resolved populations relies on good panel design and sample preparation. In this application note, Bio-Rad demonstrates how using a five-laser Cytek Aurora System, StarBright™ Dyes, and other commonly available fluorophores, a large 43-color in-depth immunophenotyping panel was generated.
