A Dedicated Accessory for Extremely Small Amounts of Protein and Nucleic Acid Samples

This application note demonstrates a high-throughput method for the analysis of extremely small amounts of DNA or any other sample, using the model V-630BIO spectrophotometer with the model SAH-769 One-Drop accessory. The One-Drop accessory allows 5-6µL of sample to be analysed promptly and accurately.
