A fast and high-precision influenza vaccine potency assay

This application note presents a vaccine potency assay performed using Octet systems, in which samples are analyzed in their natural state without the use of detergents. Octet systems are capable of analyzing whole virus, split virions and recombinant HA vaccine samples.
