A Fast SLE Method for 25-OH D2/D3 Determination in Human Serum using LC-MS/MS

In this technical note, Phenomenex proposes a simple and fast extraction method using Strata® DE supported liquid extraction (SLE), 400 μL 96-well plate coupled with LC-MS/MS analysis for the characterization of 25-OH Vitamin D2/D3 in human serum.
