A novel LC-MS/MS method for the direct analysis of underivatized amino acids in human plasma

In this poster, Restek describes a simple workflow that was developed and implemented for the accurate quantification of a large panel of 45 amino acids in human plasma. A fast chromatographic analysis (13 minutes) was achieved using a unique hybrid HILIC/ion exchange column for high-throughput amino acids profiling in plasma.
