A Novel NanoLuc Profurimazine-Based Real-Time Bioluminescent Cell Viability Assay

This poster describes a new real-time cell viability assay, RealTime-Glo Metabolic Cell Viability Assay, which utilizes NanoLuc® luciferase and a novel profurimazine substrate to determine the number of viable cells in culture through measurement of the reducing capacity of the cell.
