A Robust and Sensitive Flow Cytometric Method for RNA <i>in-situ</i> Hybridization Analysis of Blood Cells Using Oligo Probes and Branched DNA (bDNA) Based Signal Amplification

This poster presents a novel method for in-situ hybridization detection of multiple RNA targets in single cells using a standard flow cytometer. The method is based on the use of oligo pairs as probes and bDNA signal amplification for highly sensitive and specific ISH detection.
