A Simple Approach to Automated Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) with Strata™-X Polymeric Sorbents

As more emphasis is being placed on higher throughput, many labs are turning to automation to help in the sample preparation process. Automation not only saves time but can also reduce costs associated with labor and solvents and can also increase reproducibility within a lab as well as within a network of labs. This document is intended for laboratories that are moving towards automated solid phase extraction (SPE) to guide them in setting up and optimizing their automated SPE capable system for unattended or semi-attended SPE extraction.
