Accel-NGS™: New Technology for PCR-Free & Low-Input NGS Libraries

Accel-NGS is a novel technology that enables faster and more efficient library preparation. This poster describes a streamlined workflow for NGS library preparation. A comparison with other commercially available kits demonstrates that the Accel-NGS libraries sequenced on the Ion Torrent PGM™ maximize sequence data output from low-input DNA quantity.
