Adding Cost Effective Mass Detection as an Orthogonal Technique for Improved Productivity and Confidence in the Analysis of Protein Biotherapeutics

This poster presents an analytical strategy for the acquisition of optical and MS based data necessary for the efficient monitoring of critical quality attributes (CQAs) associated with a mAb in a single cost-effective workflow. While optical detection provide some assurance, the use of an orthogonal detection technique like mass detection expands detection limits, improves specificity and increases confidence in peak homogeneity.
