Advances in the Diagnosis of Acute Human Bocavirus Infections Using ArcDia’s New Automated and Multianalyte mariPOC® Platform

23 Jun 2015

Human Bocavirus (HBoV1), detected world-widely in patients with respiratory tract infections, is frequently detected by DNA PCR in asymptomatic controls (10-40%) and often found as co-findings with other respiratory virus DNAs (50-70%). mariPOC platforms can operate automated random-access antigen detection tests and are the first test system in the market for multianalyte POC testing. This scientific poster shows the comparative analysis of the mariPOC system and rRT-PCR in detection of influenza A virus in clinical sample.
