Amphetamine Analysis on a Mixed-Mode HPLC Phase

Interest is growing in mixed-mode HPLC phases due to their broad applicability in retaining and separating a wide variety of difficult ionic and neutral sample mixtures. This investigation focuses on the development of a method for the separation of amphetamines on a mixed mode HPLC/MS phase. Mobile phase conditions are demonstrated for chromatographic optimization, so that the best possible separation and sensitivity may be obtained.
