An Alternative to the USP Method for the Analysis of Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) and Impurities

The method reported here provides a viable alternative to the cumbersome USP and EP methods for the analysis of Rioboflavin (Vitamin B2). The combination of the Titan™ C18 column and rapid acetonitrile gradient provided excellent resolution and short analysis time under conditions compatible with both MS and UV detection.
