An Introduction to the IncuCyte™ High Definition Imaging Mode

HD Imaging is a proprietary imaging format developed by Essenspecifically for IncuCyte in order to improve the performance of phase-contrast imaging in 96- and 384- well microplates. This product note demonstrates that HD imaging enables high-quality phase imaging of cells in microplates.
