Analysis of Antibody Drug Conjugate through the Characterization of Drug Antibody Ratios

Antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) are used to create high local concentrations of cytotoxic drug at a specific target, and have shown high efficacy and low side effects. This study describes the determination of the efficacy of an ADC at different drug to antibody ratios, using liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry and data analysis software.
