Analysis of Differentiation of Embryonic Stem Cells by Automated Flow Cytometry Sample Preparation on the Biomek® NX<sup>P</sup> Laboratory Automation Workstation

The cell cultivation system with the BioRAPTR FRD and the Biomek FXP provides a fully automated solution to grow and differentiate embryonic stem cells in a plate-based format eliminating hanging drop differentiation. The workflow on the Biomek NXP Span-8 Automation Workstation includes fixation, permeabilization, blocking, and antibody staining in a 96-well plate format for high throughput flow cytometry sample preparation.
