Analysis of Monoclonal Antibody Charge Variants by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis

This application note compares two methods for separating monoclonal antibody charge variants; capillary isoelectric focusing (cIEF) and capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). Results show that CZE is capable of providing faster, highly reproducible separations for a representative monoclonal antibody, highlighting this method as a faster alternative to cIEF.
