AOAC 994.02: Determination of Pb in Edible Oils and Fats by GF-AAS
25 Sept 2014In this application note, the AOAC Official Method 994.02 for the quantitative analysis of Pb in edible oils and fats was performed using a Shimadzu AA-7000 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. The advanced designs of the AA-7000, ASC-7000, and GFA-7000 all contribute to high accuracy, high precision, and high reliability.
