Application of DRAQ™ Dyes in Single Cell Transcriptomics and Genomics

DRAQ5™ and DRAQ7™ dyes provide accurate fluorescent labelling and assist in distinguishing cell status for single cell transcriptomics and genomic applications. One concern regarding the use of these DNA binding dyes is any unwanted effects on the first strand cDNA synthesis.
