Automated Comparative Analysis of GC–MS Chromatograms using ChromCompare

This Application Note describes the automated chemical profiling of complex chromatograms using the ChromCompare module of the TOF-DS software platform. The ability of ChromCompare to provide rapid and objective comparisons is explained by reference to the underlying processes, and illustrated with examples from the aroma profiling of wine and strawberries.
