Automated Illumina NGS Sample Preparation: TruSeq® Stranded mRNA on the Hamilton Microlab STAR

This application note describes a study to verify the capability of the STAR to perform TruSeq Stranded mRNA sample preparation. Positive results of the test have led to the designation of the Microlab STAR method being Illumina Qualified* for TruSeq Stranded mRNA sample preparation.
