Automated Library Preparation using KAPA Library Preparation Kits on the ACSIA NGS^LibPrepEdition

This application note describes the use of the ACSIA NGS^LibPrep Edition from PrimaDiag for library preparation of next generation sequencing protocols. Next Generation Sequencing permits the sequencing of large numbers of genes per run and is now a major driver in genetics research, providing a powerful tool to study DNA and RNA samples. Using the KAPA Library Preparation Kit from Roche, library preparation is fully automated and highly cost-effective.
