Automated Library Preparation using NEBNext Ultra DNA Kit on ACSIA NGS^LibPrepEdition

This application note demonstrates the efficiency of library preparation using NEBNext Ultra DNA Lib Prep kit with ACSIA NGS^LibPrepEdition in comparison to a manual method. Performing NGS requires time consuming library preparation, which can be drastically reduced through automation. To meet this demand, PrimaDiag developed the NGS^LibPrep system based on ACSIA platform using the latest technologies, which allow for the handling of magnetic beads, control of the temperature with 0.1°C of accuracy, and shaking of samples from 200 to 3000 rpm.
