Automated Measurements of Electrophoretic Mobility with the Möbiuζ

This application note describes a method for measuring the electrophoretic mobility and hydrodynamic radius using an HPLC equipped with an auto sampler, combined with the Möbiuζ. In this study, automated injections of three samples of different sizes and mobilities were analyzed using an autosampler sequence with simultaneous data collection performed via the Dynamics software Event Schedule. This article highlights the versatility of Mobius and its ability to measure electrophoretic mobility and hydrodynamic radius virtually unattended.
