Automating the Promega GoTaq® PCR Core System II Reaction Using the Gilson PIPETMAX® 268

In this application brief the compact Gilson PIPETMAX 268 was used to prepare PCR reactions with the GoTaq PCR Core System II, and to compare its effectiveness versus a manually pipetted procedure.
