Automation of the Invitron Intact Proinsulin ELISA using the Crocodile miniWorkstation

This application note demonstrates that the Crocodile miniWorkstation provides a convenient and easy to use method for automation of the Invitron intact Proinsulin ELISA. Total assay time for the automated assay is approximately the same as when the assay is performed manually but operator hands-on time is reduced to just 35 minutes.
