Biologics during early development workflows

6 May 2024

Biophysical characterization measurements, such as nanoDSF, dynamic light scattering (DLS), backreflection, and static light scattering (SLS), are used to provide information on stability and other developability attributes without using a lot of material. NanoTemper Technologies outlines a workflow for the development and screening of biologic drugs. The process aims to identify promising candidates early on in the pipeline to avoid wasting investment costs. The workflow covers various stages, including candidate library development, formulation optimization, developability screening, pre-clinical characterization, and investigational new drug approval.
