cAMP/IP-One HTplex™ Cell-Based Experiment Performed on Mithras LB 940 using HTRF^® Technology

This application note describes the cAMP and IP1 HTplex™ competitive immunoassay which can detect both cAMP and IP1 simultaneously by using two different acceptors. It describes the assay principle, protocol and results. The Mithras LB 940, a multimode plate reader, is equipped with an additional emission filter to detect acceptor emission. The application note concludes that this assay produces reliable results, as evidenced by the excellent Z values and the comparison of the results to that found in single analyte assays.
