Cancer Resequencing on Roche GS FLX Using KAPAHiFi™ DNA Polymerase

This application note compares the use of KAPAHiFi™ and Invitrogen Platinum® Taq High Fidelity to generate amplicons for a cancer resequencing project. The KAPAHiFi™ DNA Polymerase was shown to have a lower error rate compared to the Taq, leading to significantly fewer false positive mutations and increased coverage.
