CaptureSelect affinity ligands for antibody detection and characterization

This application note describes a study in which several BAC’s CaptureSelect affinity ligand were conjugated to biotin. Results showed that ForteBio’s Streptavidin (SA) biosensors demonstrated excellent compatibility with the biotinylated CaptureSelect affinity ligands, enabling a whole range of novel selectivities for antibody analytics on the octet platform. It concluded that biotinylated CaptureSelect affinity ligands demonstrated excellent compatibility with ForteBio’s streptavidin (SA) enabling a whole range of novel selectivities for antibody detection, quantitation, and characterization on the Octet platform.
