Characterization of GPCR’s Signaling Signature Using the Novel Biosensor Platform, BioSens-All™

A novel biosensor platform BioSens-All™, with over 25 biosensors, was implemented to elucidate the multiple signaling events associated with GPCR activation. The system enabled the classification of sets of compounds according to their functional selectivity, leading to identification of modulator validated pathways.
