Characterize and optimize iPSCs with cytometry and live cell analysis

25 Feb 2025

Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) are valuable for cell and tissue modelling in a variety of industries, including pharmacology, oncology, organoids and neurodevelopmental biology. Ensuring the growth of iPSCs can be challenging to maintain pluripotency, viability and propagation potential therefore require elaborate culture methods. Explore how the iQue® HTS Cytometry Platform and the Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis platform from Sartorius can successfully characterize iPSCs and monitor their pluripotency with ease via surface marker expression and morphological status, both in 2D and 3D.
