Chemiluminescent HRP-Based Assay Using Corning® White Microplates

Luminescent detection schemes are now widely used in many assay types including ELISA and reporter assays. White microplates are most often used in these luminescence applications to maximize signal. This application note compares the performance of white plates from several of the largest microplate manufacturers to that of Corning® in the 96-well format using a model HRP based Luminescent assay system.
