Chromatrap® FFPE: Efficient Analysis of Epigenetic Alterations in Cancer

Due to the cross-linking of proteins by formaldehyde, FFPE tissues present a particular challenge for ChIP analysis. Learn how the Chromatrap® FFPE ChIP kit can overcome these issues to provide sufficient DNA to perform library preps for ChIP-seq assays. Examples of chromatin extraction from human FFPE tumor chromatin, human breast FFPE tumor tissue and rat FFPE uterine tissue are presented.
