Color and phenolic content analysis of wine using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer

In this application note, Edinburgh Instruments demonstrates how an Edinburgh Analytical DB30 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer was used to analyse the color and phenolic content of a variety of red, rosé and white wine samples.
