Colorimetric Protein Assays by Bio-Rad

This application note presents four colorimetric protein assays from Bio-Rad. These include the Quick StartTM Bradford protein assay, the Bio-Rad protein assay for general use, the DCTM protein assay for samples solubilized in detergent, and the RC DCTM protein assay for samples in the presence of both reducing agents and detergents.
