Comparison of Regulated Methods Using Ion Chromatography for Bromate Analysis in Drinking Water

This application note compares the EPA Methods regulating bromate analysis in drinking water using ion chromatography. The method uses suppressed conductivity detection, post-column derivatization with UV detection, or two dimensional IC for matrix elimination to prove that ion chromatography is an effective technique for bromate detection and has been validated and approved by the EPA for compliance monitoring.
