Confocal Raman Imaging of Carbon Nanotubes Application Examples

In this application note, the capabilities of confocal raman microscopy are demonstrated for the investigation of carbon nanotubes using the WITec alpha300 R. Application examples include wavelength dependent raman imaging, interaction of carbon nanotubes with cells and carbon nanotubes in microelectronic devices.
