Corning® Osteo Assay Surface: A New Tool to Study Osteoclast and Osteoblast Differentiation and Function

This application note describes methods for the differentiation of both human osteoclast precursor cells and the mouse macrophage cell line RAW 264.7 to osteoclasts using synthetic surface for the study of osteoclast, differentiation and pit formation.
