Correlation of Angiogenesis Biomarkers with Early Metastatic Progression in NSCLC as Determined Using a Multiplexed Immunoassay Kit

This application note presents a study analyzing 17 targets involved in the angiogenesis pathway in a cohort of 38 patients with various stages of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The objective was to determine if the MILLIPLEX^® assay is able to accurately quantify known angiogenesis targets in a practical, high throughput fashion.
