Culture medium analysis for a metabolic analysis of antibody-producing cells using LC-MS/MS and ICP-MS

Antibody drugs are produced by culturing antibody-producing cells. Chinese hamster lung cells (CHL-YN cells) are being studied for their ability to produce antibodies over the commonly used CHO-K1 cells. Recent discoveries have shown that organic/inorganic compounds in culture medium can effect antibody production and quality. Explore how LC-MS/MS and ICP-MS can be used to analyze inorganic and organic elements in both culture medium and culture supernatant of a CHL-YN antibody producing cell lines.
