Culturing hESCs on the Corning® Synthemax™ Surface

This application note describes maintenance of human embryonic stem cells H1 and H7 WiCell® lines on the Corning Synthemax Surface using a chemically defined medium. Due to differences in how various stem cells are maintained, it is highly recommended that researchers optimize the growth conditions based on their individual cell lines.
