Cytokine Antibody Array Applications with UVP BioImaging Systems

All cell functions, including cell proliferation, cell death and differentiation, as well as maintenance of health status and development of disease, are controlled by many genes and signaling pathways. New techniques such as cDNA microarrays have enabled the analysis of global gene expression. However, almost all cell functions are executed by proteins, which cannot be studied by DNA and RNA alone.
